Publish Shform on Shopify

Want to add a custom form to your Shopify store? ShForm makes it super easy! Whether you’re collecting leads, feedback, or orders, follow this simple guide to embed your form in just a few minutes.  

Steps to Publish Your Form on Shopify

1. Login to Your ShForm Dashboard

Go to https://app.shform.com/ and sign in to your account.

2. Go to the "Forms" Tab

Once logged in, click on the “Forms” tab in the top menu.

3. Create a New Form

Click on the “Create New Form” button.

• Want to start quickly? Click the dropdown arrow beside the button to select a prebuilt form template.

4. Build and Customize Your Form

Use the easy drag-and-drop builder to create your form. Add fields, change styles, and set form logic as needed.
Once done, click Save.

5. Get the Embed Code

Click on “Share Form”.

• Then click on “Embed” and copy the embed code provided.

6. Add the Form to Your Shopify Page

Now go to your Shopify Admin:

• Go to Online Store > Pages

• Open the page where you want to add the form or create a new one

• Click “Show HTML” (look for the <> or “</>” icon)

• Paste the embed code from ShForm

• Click Save and Publish

That’s it! Your form is now live on your Shopify store.
